We are delighted to announce that Tom Carroll and Gilles Gradassi have officially joined the partnership, having both played instrumental roles in the firm since its inception. Their promotions further strengthen a senior investment team that has been working together and investing for more than 15 years. As key members of the investment team, both Tom and Gilles have been central to Freshstream’s strategy of partnering with high-quality, entrepreneur-led businesses in its core markets of UK, The Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland and France.
Freshstream has also announced three new hires, strengthening its capabilities across its Value Creation, Investment and Investor Relations teams. The Value Creation team now sits at seven, with its size being reflective of the critical function that value creation plays within the partnership’s strategy. The team comprises specialists across key verticals including talent, operations, technology, commercial and sustainability.
Marie-Louise Favre joins as Principal, Value Creation, from LinkedIn, where she focused on commercial strategy. She began her career as a consultant at Oliver Wyman in Dubai and brings a strong record of driving commercial success within portfolio businesses.
Jules Frank joins as Investment Associate from Moelis & Company, where he advised on M&A and financing transactions across Europe.
Karl Byrne joins as IR Associate from the private markets group at Schroders Greencoat, bringing expertise in investor engagement across alternative assets.
