Originally founded in the UK in 2004, G2V has developed a scalable business model trading through three market leading brands – Vivid Resourcing, g2 and Lumicity. The business has experienced significant organic growth since inception and now operates 22 offices across the Benelux and DACH regions, the United Kingdom and the United States.

G2V’s growth strategy builds on its proven operating model—transparent KPIs, performance-driven culture, and a graduate-only recruitment approach. Under our ownership, the company aims to formalize a standardized talent framework, allowing mass graduate recruitment and structured mobility programs. This includes initiatives to hire local graduates in key European markets and short-term international rotations to deepen cultural integration.

Operationally, G2V is investing in automation and data analytics to improve recruiter productivity and accelerate decision-making. Enhancing collaboration across offices and geographies is another priority, fostering cross-selling and knowledge sharing. While organic growth remains the core driver, selective M&A is considered for accelerating US contract penetration, with potential bolt-on acquisitions of niche players.

On the organizational side, G2V is consolidating offices, localizing recruitment teams, and upgrading IT systems—including ERP and compliance platforms—to support scale and resilience. These initiatives position G2V to sustain its high-energy, fast-progression culture while building a robust platform for international expansion.
