Frits is an Associate in our Amsterdam office, focused on value creation initiatives at our portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Freshstream, Frits worked at OC&C Strategy Consultants, where he similarly focused on value creation initiatives at family-owned and entrepreneur-led enterprises in the mid-market. He began his private markets career at EY-Parthenon, spending three years at the company in a combination of associate and consultant roles.
Frits graduated from the Erasmus University Rotterdam with an Honorary degree in Financial Law and a degree in Financial Economics.
