Rayhan is the Chief Investment Officer of the firm, based in our London office.
Previously, he was a Managing Director and a founding team member of TowerBrook, where he worked with Patrick Smulders and Adam McLain. In addition to sourcing and executing transactions out of TowerBrook’s London office, he coordinated the arrangement of debt financing across its European portfolio. Rayhan was part of TowerBrook’s spin-out from Soros Private Equity Partners, and prior to joining Towerbrook, worked at Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs.
Rayhan graduated from Oxford University with a First-Class Master’s degree in Chemistry, ranking top of his class in his final year.
